Ray is a former IRS agent and police officer with more than 45 years experience.  Ray has owned and operated many successful businesses over the past 60 years from restaurants, to Home Construction as well as helping other business owners grow their business and helping protect what they have built through Planning and Tax Preparation. In the off season Ray can be found fishing and catching monster size Bass, Pike, and Walleye.

Ray’s wife Margie can be found working the front office during the peak season and the rest of the time riding and playing with her barrel horse where she compete and regularly beats other contestants that are 4 times younger than her.  Ray and Margie have 3 children Tonya, Tammy and Mike, 8 Grand children and 5 Great grand children.   All of Ray and Margie children are entrepreneurs all have started and operated successful businesses in Arizona for the past 50 years with the help and wisdom of their father Ray.
